childhood.
He

studied

Southern

Prairie
ViewA&M

University
of
Houston,
Clear
Lake.
The
imagery
of
Lionel
Lofton
often
illustrates
the
concepts
of
inner
strength,
spirituality,
beauty,
family
and
children.
His
paintings
and
prints
have
a
quiet
and
introspective
air
about
them,
not
unlike
their
creator.
Lionel
paints
and
draws
his
everyday
life’s
experiences.
He
believes
that
‘’Art
is
a
part
of
Living’’.
He
is
greatly
inspired
by
everyday
life
and
uses
figurative
and
abstract
techniques
to
create
the
various
images.
He
works
with
acrylics,
watercolor,
collage,
mixed
media
and
printmaking.
He
utilizes
the
various
media
to
create
his
many
delightful
compositions.
His
